Consistent Min/Max Validation for Numeric Fields
Minimum and maximum values are now validated consistently in both frontend and backend. Optional fields no longer require input, and out-of-range values trigger validation errors instead of automatic adjustment. Web service clients must ensure values fall within defined limits.
