Outlook Add-In (AID124)

The ADITO Outlook Add-In brings selected ADITO xRM functions directly into Microsoft Outlook. It gives users access to relevant ADITO data and actions in their email context without switching between applications.

Features​

The ADITO Outlook add-in enables users to:

  • Display ADITO system data within the Outlook client.
  • Open corresponding ADITO datasets in the ADITO client.
  • Import emails directly from Outlook into the ADITO system.

Compatibility​

The add-in supports Exchange Online, in combination with the following clients:

  • Outlook Web Access (modern UI)
  • Outlook for Windows (new UI)
  • Outlook for macOS (new UI)
